Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic development of the international premium brand positioning for ECM & Profitec
  • Professional and operational leadership, as well as further development, of the marketing team
  • Definition of marketing priorities and management of all marketing activities
  • Development of consistent product and brand storylines
  • Close collaboration with executive management, sales, and product development
  • Support of our distributors and specialty retail partners with effective marketing concepts
  • Responsibility for trade show appearances, campaigns, and key brand assets
  • Further development of digital marketing channels and content structures
  • Building and managing international customer and influencer partnerships

Wanted qualifications

  • Several years of experience in marketing premium or complex, explanation-intensive products
  • Strong understanding of strategic brand management
  • Experience leading or coordinating marketing teams
  • Strong execution skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and pragmatic approach to work
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Structured working style and strong project management skills
  • Experience in the espresso machine, specialty coffee, or premium coffee industry is a plus
