Employee Sales Back Office (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Independent processing and tracking of customer orders
  • Maintenance and updating of customer, product, and price data in the ERP system
  • Supporting sales in customer communication and managing your own customer base
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers, including preparing quotations, follow-up, and closing deals
  • Processing complaints and providing support in the after-sales process
  • Occasional participation in trade fairs and customer events for market and network maintenance

Wanted qualifications

  • Commercial training (e.g., industrial salesperson, office salesperson) or comparable qualification
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in internal sales
  • Confident use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • High sense of responsibility and team spirit
