Frozen coffee with Cointreau and cream

Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
Rest time: approx. 2 hours

Ingredients:
¼ litre espresso
30 g sugar
½ teaspoon oranges, grated peel
1 knife point cinnamon
50 g cream
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons Cointreau
Grated chocolate for decoration

Preparation:
Sweeten the espresso with 30 g sugar and mix it with the grated orange peel and the cinnamon until the sugar has dissolved. Let it cool down and freeze in a flat metal bowl for 1-2 hours stiring it slightly with a fork every 30 minutes.

Whip the cream with 1 teaspoon sugar and add the Cointreau.

Arrange the Espresso Granita with the cream in glasses and garnish it with grated chocolate.

Caffé Affogato

Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup espresso
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream

Preparation:
Put one scoop of vanilla ice-cream in a cup and add the hot espresso. Top it with whipped cream.

Iced Coffee Macchiato

Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup espresso
150 ml vanilla ice-cream
or
150 ml milk
1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation:
Put the vanilla ice-cream in a glass. Add the cold milk and pour in the hot espresso using a spoon.

Chocolate Spread Cappuccino on ice

Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons chocolate spread
100 ml espresso
300 ml milk, cooled
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream

Preparation:
Mix chocolate spread with espresso, milk and vanilla ice-cream and fill it in glasses or cups. At will, serve it with a whipped cream topping or garnish it with cocoa.

Coffee Cruncher

Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes

Ingredients:
12 ice cubes
20 ml milk
2 tablespoons espresso
1 cl syrup (caramel syrup)

Preparation:
Put all ingredients in the mixer and purée them thoroughly for 1-2 minutes until the ice cubes are crushed. Pour everything in a big glass and enjoy it with a straw.

Banana Frappuccino

Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cups milk
2 cups ice, crushed
4 espresso
1 banana, very mature
1 shot syrup (coffee, chocolate or caramel syrup)

Preparation:
Mix the ingredients using a kitchen machine or a hand blender until they become creamy. Fill the Frappuccino in long drink glasses and top it with whipped cream and cocoa.

Vodka Espresso

Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes

Ingredients:
5 cl vodka
1 dash sugar syrup
2.5 cl espresso, hot
Ice cubes

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients shaking them thoroughly. Fill an old fashioned style glass with ice cubes and pour in the Vodka Espresso. Garnish it with 2-3 coffee beans.
